• If you received a spoiled product and wish to exchange them,
  • Contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process.
  • You will have to send a picture of your order to our customer service number in case of spoiled products.
  • Once your exchange is processed (10 days after receipt of items) we will send you the available products of the same amount with the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
